Why This Weekend

Life rarely gives us a clean pause. Responsibilities, ambitions, and everyone else’s needs can make it hard to hear your own voice.

The Reset Weekend is a warm, thoughtfully facilitated retreat for women who want to step away for two nights, exhale, and reconnect with themselves in the desert light of Palm Springs.

Over the weekend at a beautiful boutique hotel — Korakia in Palm Springs, our intention is to gently combine:

• time to rest and soften your nervous system
• guided reflection on where you are in your life
• supportive conversations with other women on a similar journey
• simple practices you can bring back home
